- Do I need to be in the same location as my trainer?
- No! UFITTY is designed for online coaching, so you can work with trainers from anywhere in the world. Our platform enables remote training and coaching.
- How does the process work for clients?
- First, set up your account and profile with your body metrics, goal, and lifestyle. Then browse and purchase a fitness plan from your chosen trainer. Finally, receive your personalized plan and begin your fitness journey with ongoing support through our platform.
- How do I pay for a plan?
- UFITTY offers secure payments for all major credit cards. We do not store any credit card information and all payments are handled securely via Stripe.
- How long does it take to receive a plan?
- Your coach has 2 days to accept your order request. Once accepted, your coach has 7 days to fulfill your order with your personalized plan.
- What can trainers sell on UFITTY?
- You can offer personalized workout plans, diet plans and lifestyle coaching. Set your own pricing and create custom offerings for your clients.
- How do trainers deliver plans?
- You can deliver plans through file uploads or URL links in our built-in delivery system. All deliveries are handled securely through our platform.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Yes. Orders can be cancelled if an order has not yet been accepted by the trainer.
- How do I check my order status?
- Log in to your account and view your order history. Each order has a live timeline of your status. If you are unsure, you can always contact your trainer through UFITTY Messenger within your account.
- Are the fitness plans refundable?
- If you are unhappy with your plan, you can raise a dispute from within your order. The UFITTY team will assess each case individually to determine if a refund should be issued.
